Kartmasters British GP

Podium finishes in 3 of 4 clsses entered for Strawberry Racing at Kartmasters British GP!

New signing Lewis Gilbert took a fantastic P2 in the main final after some great work and improvement throughout the weekend, carving his way through to the front of the grid from a P8 start. A great start to his time with Strawberry Racing using his Cream Powered Tonykart to great effect. We look forward to our next outing in Le Mans with Lewis.

In Junior X30, consistent front runner Joseph Taylor took a narrow P2 after leading the final for a long time. Team mate Aaron Walker struggled with some issues which hampered his progress. We will see a strong return for this young man next time out. Good work boys!

Jordan Brown Nutley fought hard for the win all weekend and showed great pace again leading the final for chunks of the race, again missing out in the last couple of laps.

In IAME cadet Fionn McLaughlin took P13 on the road, but had a nose penalty dropping him down to P18. Hamzah Al Fayez in his first race in the UK improved greatly throughout the weekend and took a strong P23. Well done boys!

Next up is some testing in France, then Le Mans Rotax finals, LGM at Rissington, Wigan British Champs and then onto Salbris for the final Euro X30 round.
